KB2817369 update provides a variety of fixes for InfoPath 2010. It also includes stability and performance improvements. This update fixes an issue where attachments that have the .jndi file name extension are not blocked. To apply this update, you must have either Microsoft Office 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Service Pack 2 (SP2) installed.
